30 days’ written notice, including low use or an unprofitable location. No low-volume penalty or forced equipment buyout.
READ THE TERMS BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Clear agreements.
Comfortable exits.
Merchant placement requires the business and NVATM. Each agreement names the legal parties responsible for its scope. Our proposed agreements state what each party earns, provides, and is responsible for. Fill the location schedules, confirm NVATM operating readiness and any applicable contractor scope, complete legal review, and obtain every required signature before using a template as an agreement.
The merchant’s chosen surcharge, the standard $1.75 allocation or the expressly negotiated custom allocation, and all other compensation are disclosed.
Plain notice, adult discussion, and voluntary mediation. No mandatory arbitration.
Review the signing package
Editable Word and printable PDF versions include the merchant agreement, service authorization, site schedule, custom wrap quote and authorization, optional no-lawsuit rider, and recordkeeping instructions. These are unsigned templates, not completed or attorney-approved contracts.
STANDALONE REPAIR & MAINTENANCE
Read the service agreement. Sign your completed job order.
The standalone service agreement and job order are on pages 6–7 of the PDF. They cover labor, dispatch, travel, authorized extras, the spending cap, payment, cancellation and signatures from the business and NVATM.
After we review your request, NVATM completes the scope, quote and job order. Each party then receives a private signing link and separate access code, or can sign a completed paper copy. The public download is an unsigned template; submitting a request does not sign it or authorize charges.
Service does not require a provider switch
Your placement and NVATM service agreements are with NVATM. We operate directly and may hire qualified contractors without making them owners or mandatory parties to your placement. Optional contractor agreements are separate. A service request does not change machine ownership, processing, settlement, or placement. Any later placement proposal is separate and optional.
Buy your ATM and choose your support.
NVATM sells machines at its documented net supplier equipment invoice cost with no NVATM machine markup. The accepted quote shows that cost, freight, applicable tax and each installation or optional service charge separately. Supplier listing prices are references, not guaranteed invoice costs, installed totals or stock confirmations. We confirm current configuration, availability and cost before accepting an order. Services and processing compensation remain separately disclosed; no equipment markup does not mean free service. Record this pricing basis and the itemized total in the completed purchase quote before signing.
The purchase and support agreement at the end of this packet covers equipment ownership, itemized purchase pricing, delivery, warranty, training, approved in-house access and optional monthly NVATM management. Complete the accepted quote and operating scope before signing. The NVATM-owned placement formula does not automatically apply to an ATM you buy.
Either party can end optional monthly management with 30 days’ written notice, including an arrangement that is not profitable. Your purchased ATM remains yours. Ending support is not a return right or a guaranteed buyback of the machine.

We welcome inquiries from legally operating Nevada businesses, including licensed dispensaries, adult entertainment venues such as strip clubs, and licensed gaming and gambling establishments, from smaller venues to major casinos. High-volume and specialized accounts receive individually negotiated pricing based on vault cash funding, replenishment frequency, security, hours and service requirements. The standard $1.75 allocation and its percentage examples do not automatically apply. The completed written proposal must state the customer surcharge, NVATM compensation, merchant share, included work and any additional fees. No custom price or increase applies without agreement. Acceptance depends on business and location review, funding and service capacity, and applicable bank and processor approval.
The downloadable placement template describes the standard plan. For a custom account, complete a tailored agreement and pricing schedule that expressly replaces any conflicting standard figures before signing. Existing signed agreements remain unchanged.
If the placement stops making sense
Neither your business nor NVATM has to keep an arrangement that is not working. Either party may end the placement on 30 calendar days’ written notice for low use, insufficient revenue, unprofitability or another reason. An earlier exit requires mutual written agreement. We coordinate ordinary removal at our expense, recover our equipment and cash through safe, lawful access, and settle earned amounts and approved costs. Low volume is not a breach and does not create a penalty or a bill for projected profit or unrecovered standard equipment costs.
The revised merchant template states this explicitly. Website updates do not change an already signed agreement; any amendment must be accepted by the affected parties.
No forced arbitration and the no lawsuit option
No mandatory arbitration is included. A separate mutual no-lawsuit rider is available for parties who deliberately want to waive ordinary contract lawsuits. That choice can remove normal court collection and enforcement options. It requires separate informed signatures and legal review; rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain protected.
Everyone keeps a copy
After the agreement is completed and reviewed, each intended signer can use a private link and separate access code to review the full PDF and sign from a phone or computer. Paper signing remains available. Every signer can download the final agreement, schedules and electronic signature record after all required parties sign. The protected NVATM desk can store each PDF copy, its recorded signature status, and a file fingerprint with the business record. The electronic record captures intent, authority affirmation, assigned contact, document fingerprint and time; it does not independently certify identity. A stored draft, signature capture, or owner-entered status does not authorize installation. Every party should keep a final copy.
