THE RECORDS BEHIND YOUR ATM AGREEMENT
You should be able to check what happened, what your business earned, and who is responsible for the machine. Your location proposal confirms the provider, payment schedule, service expectations, and agreed costs before you sign.
ILLUSTRATIVE STATEMENT · NOT A CUSTOMER PAYOUT
300 eligible completed, surcharged, settled withdrawals after reversals. No additional approved charges in this example.
| Statement entry | Amount |
|---|---|
| Surcharge receipts: 300 × $3.99 | $1,197.00 |
| NVATM gross operating allocation: 300 × $1.75 | $525.00 |
| Your business: 300 × $2.24 | $672.00 |
| Unexplained deductions | $0.00 |
NVATM’s $525 is gross before actual costs and taxes. Cash dispensed is the cash owner’s principal, not shared surcharge revenue. Your real statement also identifies its period, eligible count, reversals, approved adjustments, payment status, and any unpaid balance. This example does not predict use or verify a payment.
The payment deadline, settlement method, and statement delivery are filled in for your location and accepted by the responsible provider before signing.
The named provider, support contact, support hours, response target, and backup arrangement are agreed for your location.
Your agreement identifies cash ownership, reconciliation, loss responsibility, and applicable insurance. Supporting evidence is reviewed before activation.
The proposed agreement runs month to month with 30 calendar days’ written notice. It has no early termination penalty or forced equipment buyout. Earned amounts, approved work, cash and equipment return, and final reconciliation still apply. Direct discussion and voluntary mediation come first, with no mandatory arbitration.
