NEVADA ROOTS. BUSINESS FIRST.24/7 SERVICE IN LAS VEGAS

EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 7, 2026

Privacy notice

This NVATM privacy notice covers proposal, service, contact, and privacy requests submitted through this website, plus business agreement records, electronic signing, approved customer proof and aggregate website measurements maintained by the team.

What we collect

We collect the name, business, phone or email, city, optional or required service address, request type, and message you provide. Service requests may include brand, model, issue, preferred date and time window, service-sharing permission, quote acknowledgement, and an optional request for a separate placement proposal. We record submission time, reference, and campaign labels when present.

For team service access, we store the signed-in account identifier, name, email, access request time, approval or revocation status, and who last changed that status. Team-entered service requests record who entered them and their permission attestation. This is not a customer signature. We use these records to control access and maintain accountability.

The site owner may upload agreement PDFs with document type, recorded signature status, notes, uploader, date, and a file fingerprint. Do not submit bank account data, card numbers, passwords, vault codes, identity documents, cash amounts, or cash schedules through these forms.

For electronic signing, we record the assigned signer’s name, email and role, consent and authority affirmations, the typed signature, agreement fingerprint, document-download time and signing time. Private link, code and session secrets are stored as hashes. An essential, secure signing cookie keeps an access session open for up to one hour. Each affected party can access the complete signed copy and its signature record. Link and code access do not independently certify a signer’s identity.

We store daily aggregate counts of public page views, request-button and welcome-panel clicks, calculator interactions, form starts, and completed sales steps with page, source and campaign labels. A source may come from a campaign tag or the referring website’s hostname; we do not store the full referring URL in analytics. Source and campaign labels can follow ordinary internal link clicks and appear on a submitted business request. These counts do not use advertising cookies, device identifiers or contact details. They count events, not unique visitors. We skip new automatic analytics for browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, recognized signed-in owner activity, private pages, and common declared bots. Referrer availability, blocked scripts, and network conditions can affect counts. Requests you choose to submit are still saved and handled normally. Only customer proof approved for publication is shown publicly, after the team confirms permission and removes private details.

How we use and share information

We respond to your request, assess location fit, coordinate a quote or service visit, prepare agreements, and maintain business records. Relevant details may be shared with selected independent service contractors, equipment or cash providers, the processor, or other providers needed for the work you request. Service sharing is explained in the service form. Hosting, storage, authentication, and other operational providers process information needed to run and protect the site.

We do not sell request information, subscribe you to unrelated marketing, or require a processing switch to obtain standalone service. A separate placement discussion only occurs when you request or agree to it.

Access and record retention

The full pipeline, proposals, agreements and operational records are restricted to the site owner. Owner-approved service team members can record service requests and view limited summaries of their own recent entries. The owner can revoke this access; revocation does not erase previously recorded business records. Intended agreement signers receive access to their agreement through a private link and separately supplied code. Completed agreements include the affected parties’ signature records; keep these copies private. We retain them while needed to handle requests, support signed arrangements, comply with record obligations, and resolve outstanding matters. We review removal requests against those obligations and keep necessary records protected. Each signing party should retain its own final agreement copy.

Privacy requests and corrections

The form below is our designated website address for requests to review, correct, delete, or direct us not to sell your information. Include a reference when available. We verify identity before disclosing or changing a record. We respond to verified Nevada do-not-sell requests within 60 days, subject to a lawful extension with notice when needed. Other rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.

Security and browser preferences

We use encrypted transport, restricted team access, and bounded submissions. Spam limits use a temporary hashed network identifier; the original address is not stored in the inquiry record. Providers may retain separate security or operational logs. No advertising trackers or embedded manufacturer tracking scripts are installed by NVATM. Essential hosting or sign-in cookies may be used by their providers.

A device-local session preference remembers when you dismiss the new-location prompt. It is not a customer record or a cross-site advertising identifier. Links to manufacturer and research websites have their own privacy practices. Those sites may collect activity after you leave NVATM; we do not control them.
