NEVADA ROOTS. BUSINESS FIRST.24/7 SERVICE IN LAS VEGAS

EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 7, 2026

Website terms and pricing disclosures

These terms cover NVATM’s website, which explains proposed ATM arrangements and accepts requests. A request, calculator result, preferred date, or downloaded template is not an executed agreement.

Proposals and service authorization

A location receives a written proposal after its equipment, demand, cash capacity, provider coverage, and site requirements are reviewed. Service visits require provider confirmation and the customer’s written authorization. NVATM provides or arranges standalone service and invoices the approved quote. Optional contractors are paid separately by NVATM.

Full service placement shares

The displayed plan allocates $1.75 gross to NVATM per eligible settled withdrawal to cover operating costs and profit. The business keeps the customer surcharge minus $1.75. A surcharge of $3.50 or more returns at least 50% to the business. The merchant selects the surcharge in the signed agreement. The $3.99 example is not a mandatory price. A merchant may instead select a $1.75 surcharge and receive $0 in surcharge revenue while retaining the included standard placement services. No increase in purchases, sales or cash flow is guaranteed, and a customer’s bank may charge a separate fee.

NVATM supplies the ATM, installation, cash, loading, maintenance, connectivity, processing, and support from its allocation. Electricity is the merchant’s cost. Separate construction, special outdoor or drive-up site work, excluded damage, or other nonstandard work must be specifically disclosed and approved, not silently added.

High-volume and specialized accounts

We welcome inquiries from legally operating Nevada businesses, including licensed dispensaries, adult entertainment venues such as strip clubs, and licensed gaming and gambling establishments, from smaller venues to major casinos. High-volume and specialized accounts receive individually negotiated pricing based on vault cash funding, replenishment frequency, security, hours and service requirements. The standard $1.75 allocation and its percentage examples do not automatically apply. The completed written proposal must state the customer surcharge, NVATM compensation, merchant share, included work and any additional fees. No custom price or increase applies without agreement. Acceptance depends on business and location review, funding and service capacity, and applicable bank and processor approval.

ATM purchases and optional management

NVATM sells machines at its documented net supplier equipment invoice cost with no NVATM machine markup. The accepted quote shows that cost, freight, applicable tax and each installation or optional service charge separately. Supplier listing prices are references, not guaranteed invoice costs, installed totals or stock confirmations. We confirm current configuration, availability and cost before accepting an order. Services and processing compensation remain separately disclosed; no equipment markup does not mean free service.

A purchased ATM uses a separate sale and support agreement. Its quote identifies equipment, condition, installation, warranty, training, processing fees and any optional monthly management fee. The business supplies and manages cash unless another scope is expressly accepted. A named-user login and its functions require processor approval; an equipment purchase alone does not approve processing or account access. Optional management may end on 30 days’ written notice without transferring the purchased machine to NVATM. The full-service placement’s $1.75 allocation does not automatically apply to this ownership model.

Financial fit and straightforward exits

Either the merchant or NVATM may end a month-to-month placement on 30 calendar days’ written notice, including low use, insufficient revenue or an unprofitable location. No transaction count or profit is guaranteed. Low volume alone is not a breach and does not create a penalty, projected-profit charge, forced buyout or reimbursement of unrecovered standard equipment costs. NVATM pays for ordinary removal, and the merchant provides safe, lawful access for return of NVATM equipment and cash. Earned amounts, approved work and expressly approved noncancelable costs actually incurred remain payable. The signed agreement governs; earlier termination requires mutual written agreement, apart from its separately stated safety and breach provisions.

Planning examples and separate fees

Transaction volumes, provider costs, equipment costs, and recovery periods are examples, not forecasts or guarantees. Processing residuals remain unverified until disclosed in the final agreement. Standalone service rates are planning prices subject to confirmed coverage and written authorization; the confirmed job quote governs. Parts, freight, tax, travel, and permits are itemized when applicable.

Machines and software

Manufacturer product images show representative equipment. Model, stock, card reader, encryption keypad, processor approval, supported software release, and environmental suitability are verified for the specific installation. Brand names belong to their owners. Their appearance does not establish manufacturer sponsorship, authorized-dealer status, or certification of NVATM.

Custom wraps and installation

Custom ATM branding is an optional paid upgrade. Wrap design, materials, production, preparation, and wrap installation are quoted separately from standard ATM placement. The written quote identifies the provider, artwork and revision scope, model fit, material suitability, installation scope, and applicable travel, shipping, tax, or existing-wrap removal charges. The customer approves the quote and artwork proof before work is authorized. Any deposit, cancellation terms, or treatment of approved custom production costs must be stated in that quote. Branding work does not change an existing surcharge split without the affected parties’ written agreement.

Wrap images are illustrative AI-generated design concepts. Final colors, panels, hardware details, fit, and availability depend on the approved machine and proof. Required notices, controls, ventilation, and service access must remain unobstructed. Customers must have permission to use submitted logos and artwork.

Consumer ATM fees

The machine displays the location’s surcharge before a customer accepts a withdrawal. The customer’s own bank may charge separately. Account disputes, reversals, and chargebacks are handled through the responsible operator, processor, or cardholder bank under the applicable rules.

Clear exits and adult resolution

The signing templates propose month-to-month arrangements with 30 days’ written notice and no early termination penalty or equipment buyout. Earned amounts, approved work, property return, and documented responsibilities still apply. We start with direct discussion and voluntary mediation, without mandatory arbitration. A permanent mutual waiver of ordinary contract lawsuits is a separate rider requiring deliberate agreement by every affected party.

Electronic review and signing

Electronic signing is offered only for a completed agreement and its schedules, after the affected parties and intended signers are checked. A private signer link and separately supplied code open the full document. The signer must consent to electronic records, review the agreement, affirm authority and submit the intended typed signature. The recorded document fingerprint and signature record are retained with the PDF. This process does not independently certify identity or approve installation. Paper signing can be requested before submitting. Each affected party can download the final copy after all required signatures are captured.

Website use and contact

Provide accurate details and only request work you have authority to authorize. Do not submit bank details, card data, passwords, vault codes, or cash schedules. Do not misuse the intake forms or try to access another person’s records. For questions, corrections, or notices, use Contact NVATM; signed agreements identify each party’s formal notice address.

Changes

We update this page when website terms change and revise the effective date. A website change does not amend an existing signed agreement. Contract changes require the affected parties’ written agreement.
