Do you serve dispensaries, adult venues and gaming establishments?+
Yes. We welcome inquiries from legally operating Nevada businesses, including licensed dispensaries, adult entertainment venues, and licensed gaming and gambling establishments of every size, from smaller venues to major casinos. High-volume and specialized accounts receive an individually negotiated proposal based on cash funding, replenishment, security and service needs. Your customer fee, NVATM compensation, business share and separate charges are disclosed before agreement. Acceptance requires location, capacity, bank and processor review.
Is there a cost to the business?+
In the full-service model shown above, NVATM supplies the ATM, standard installation, cash service, maintenance, connectivity, processing administration, and support from its $1.75 gross operating allocation per eligible withdrawal. Merchant equipment purchase and upfront placement fees are $0 in this plan. You provide approved space, electricity at your cost, and service access. Optional custom wraps and wrap installation have separate fees disclosed in your quote before approval.
Can I choose a $1.75 fee just to offer cash access?+
Yes. Choose a $1.75 customer surcharge and your business receives $0 in surcharge revenue. NVATM retains the $1.75 gross operating allocation and provides the ATM, standard placement, vault cash, replenishment and routine maintenance with no separate merchant charge for those included services. You provide suitable space, electricity at your cost and service access. Approval and signed terms are required; optional extras are quoted separately. The customer’s bank may charge an additional fee. On-site cash access may help customers make purchases, but extra sales or immediate cash-flow gains are not guaranteed.
How much does my business keep?+
On the standard plan, you keep the surcharge minus $1.75 per eligible withdrawal. NVATM retains $1.75 gross to cover operating costs and any profit. Optional contractors are paid separately by NVATM. At $3.99, you keep $2.24, or $672 at 300 eligible withdrawals. A fee of $3.50 gives you exactly 50%; higher fees give you a larger percentage. Actual income depends on settled use.
Can I buy an ATM and run it myself?+
Yes. We pass through our documented net supplier equipment cost with no NVATM machine markup. Request an itemized purchase quote with optional training for approved loading, reconciliation and routine care. You may choose optional monthly NVATM management or approved in-house operation. Equipment, installation, warranty, training, processing and support charges are written into your quote. A personal login and available functions depend on processor approval. Ownership does not guarantee income or include unlimited maintenance.
Who fills and repairs the machine?+
NVATM provides the machine, handles vault cash and replenishment, and manages maintenance and support. We can hire qualified contractors for specific tasks while remaining responsible for our agreement. Your written terms identify cash ownership, support contacts, coverage, and any exceptions.
When is service available?+
24/7 service in Las Vegas. Rural service beyond 100 miles from Las Vegas by appointment. Your written quote confirms the visit, scope and any travel charges before dispatch.
Can I switch from my current provider?+
We first review your current agreement and your authority to make a change. Recent transaction statements help us assess the location without guessing.
What if the location does not work for either of us?+
No hard feelings. Either your business or NVATM can end the placement with 30 calendar days’ written notice, including low use, insufficient revenue or an unprofitable location. Neither side has to continue after that notice period. There is no low-volume penalty, forced equipment buyout or charge for projected profits. NVATM coordinates ordinary removal at its expense; you provide safe, lawful access so we can recover our equipment and cash. Earned amounts and previously approved costs still get settled. Review the completed agreement before signing.
Do you guarantee income or uptime?+
We do not promise a transaction count or an unverified service level. We review demand and operating capacity, then document the service expectations and measure actual performance.
Who chooses the customer fee?+
The business owner negotiates and selects the location surcharge in the written agreement. The $3.99 figure here is an example. At that fee, a $40 withdrawal means $43.99 debited before any separate bank fee. The fee is displayed on the ATM before the withdrawal is accepted. A higher surcharge increases the business owner’s share and the customer’s cost.
